After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred; if so, any payment will be refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken securely at checkout.

4. Delivery

Delivery costs and estimated delivery times are set out on our Delivery information page. Items may be dispatched from our fulfilment partners and may arrive in separate parcels.

5. Returns and refunds

Please see our Returns & refunds policy. You have 30 days to return most items.

6. Product information

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
