How much is delivery?

Standard UK delivery is £3.99. Delivery is free on orders over £30.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 working days and delivered in 7–12 working days in total.

Can I track my order?

Yes – we email you a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Why did my order arrive in more than one parcel?

Items can ship from different fulfilment partners, so they may arrive separately. There is no extra charge.

Will I pay customs fees?

No. Prices include any applicable taxes and there are no extra import charges for UK deliveries.

What is your returns policy?

My item is faulty or damaged – what should I do?

Email contact@dealhutuk.shop with your order number and a photo within 30 days and we will send a free replacement or a full refund.
